BLUWAVE Robotic Linear Profiler from MacNeil Wash Systems

The BLUWAVE high pressure robotic arch offers precise profiling and optimum vehicle safety in a space saving package. It washes up to 180 cars per hour, safely and efficiently and its single post design requires minimum tunnel space which can be mounted on the driver’s or passenger’s sides. It maintains a consistent 8-10” distance from vehicle surfaces and adjusts automatically to conveyor speeds for consistent wash quality.

We included safety features such as a two-axis breakaway with “E” stop capability, multiple profiling sensors that automatically adjust to every vehicle and a boom equipped with bumper rings. The BLUWAVE uses reclaim water and full electric controls provide fast response and clean operation.
